One-to-one advice and personal support to develop resilience and higher-level skills and thinking when it comes to dealing with conflict and ensuring positive outcomes.

The training is truly transformative. In over 20 years in the Civil Service (and plenty of training) this is the best training course I have ever experienced in terms of making a difference and truly 'sticking'.
