Professional Workplace Mediator (PWM)
Our ILM-recognised mediation training equips participants with the skills to resolve workplace conflict and rebuild trust between colleagues. Delegates are assessed through role plays, exercises, and a written pack, ensuring only those who demonstrate safe, effective practice achieve certification. Delivered by practising mediators, the course meets Civil Mediation Council and College of Mediators standards and includes a focus on diversity-related disputes.

Professional Workplace Investigator (PWI)
This course provides the UK’s most comprehensive training for investigators, equipping them to run fair, consistent and robust investigations in line with CMP’s best-practice standards. Delegates gain the skills to analyse complex cases, produce high-quality reports, and manage sensitive issues effectively.
