Our Current Roles
Workplace Mediators
If you have over 5 years’ experience mediating in the workplace, using mediation models that focus on the underlying needs of individuals, we would love to talk to you. We prefer applicants who have undergone accredited mediation training and are skilled in resolving conflicts in diverse workplace settings.
Workplace Investigators
We are looking for experienced workplace investigators with a track record of handling complex cases. If you have years of experience and a strong portfolio of cases, including specialised experience in safeguarding, sexual harassment, or racial harassment, we want to hear from you.
